COMMODITIES BUZZ ::Chili: Imports by Bangladesh ::
Although the bias for chili is weak, yet some short-term buying can take place this week, mainly because Bangladesh is expected to hike its import duty on chili from July. Importers from Bangladesh would make some purchases before the hike. Some slowing down in selling pressure is also visible as rains gather momentum. Selling generally eases as supply to mandis become difficult during rains. The July contract should find buying at Rs4,600 per quintal.
