Current month futures (April) for NIFTY closed at 4077.10 (Rs. 6.45 DISCOUNT) with a turnover of Rs. 9957.64 Crores. Sheds 1730950 shares(-5.12%) in open interest bringing down the open interest to 32046950 shares. while the Nifty( May) futures added 11.9 lakh shares in the open interest .

The Nifty puts added 11.97 lakh shares in the open interest while the calls shed around 10.46 lakh shares in the open interest.
The key support level for the Nifty is 4035 and there will be a resistance around 4130.
